A clear finish or clear coating can be applied by itself or as the finishing touch on any commercial painting job. Apply a clear coating by itself to give your surfaces an added layer of protection, plus an attractive sheen.
Color & Texture Matching
A great way to save money on your commercial painting project is to only paint the areas that need it. The problem you run into with that is that paint colors and textures have to match exactly for the result to be attractive. Carden's Painting offers color and texture matching to ensure that your finished product blends right in with your existing colors and textures.
This is just another term for wall paint. Options include semi-gloss and eggshell.
The use of a textured coating can be likened to putting a popcorn ceiling on a vertical wall. It's usually used to cover blemishes in the wall.
Vinyl Wall Coverings
Vinyl is more durable and scratch-resistant than paint. Vinyl works particularly well in high-impact environments such as hospitals, where vinyl's enhanced washablility comes in handy. Vinyl can withstand regular use of harsh cleaning agents such as bleach. In addition, vinyl can provide a patterned look, which some upscale offices prefer.
Using dry fog to paint ceilings solves the age old problem of dripping wet paint. Dry fog paint dries extremely quickly, so any errant droplets dry before they make contact with the floor. This enables us to just sweep them up when we're done, for less hassle and better results.
